I didn't doubt for a second that the Ukrainians deliberately shot down MH17, knowing full well the Russians would be framed for it. Same way Iraq was framed for 911. Receiving the backing of the United States allows for parties with U.S. backing to behave as irresponsibly and destructively as they want to. Because they know their official enemies will be framed and eventually tried for their crimes, which is exactly what has happened with MH17.
