So Why Are They Using a Stand-in for DimentiaJoe?

We talked about this briefly yesterday but I had yet to see the video. Looks like they are definitely using a stand-in for Joe Biden at the White House all of a sudden. Standard practice having a lookalike or two for presidents. But the timing, right after announcing Joe's withdrawal from the race, seems pretty suspect.
Has his condition deteriorated to the point where he can't even do a walk out and say hello to the press corps anymore?
Is he throwing a tantrum about being replaced in the race?
Is he still with us?
We will probably never know the answer but I do know this... that ain't the POTUS and all his fawning family members walking behind the actor isn't fooling anyone.
